All the batteries on our refurbished lines are checked and any firmware updates are activated and our e-bike technicians will check and replace any faulty parts, including the motor and sensors where necessary.

The FAZUA app includes the following features and is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

Battery:
The 250Wh integrated battery is removable, which makes for easy charging without needing a plug where you store your bike. Long rides are handled easily thanks to a range of up to 56 miles* on the 'Breeze Mode' setting. To support the sophisticated motor and battery system, the ADV comes with a smart control system (BMS) that protects the battery from overheating, short circuiting or overcharging.

Motor & Sensor:
The Fazua Evation e-bike drive system features a hidden, integrated motor capable of producing 250W of power assistance, and 60Nm of torque.

Using a sophisticated combination of Torque, Speed, and Cadence sensors, the Fazua system closely monitors your pedalling and feeds in power smoothly when you need it. It stops instantly when you stop pedalling - keeping you always in complete control. There are 3 levels of assistance to choose from using the intuitive handlebar remote control, which also shows battery charge levels.

How Our Bikes Are Graded

All of our refurbished e-bikes have been valued and safety checked by our trained e-bike technicians, so they are ready to ride away.

They check the condition of the electrical components, including the battery, sensor and motor, replacing and upgrading any faulty parts, as well as the wheels, frame, saddle, drivetrain and handlebars against a list of criteria. Then, they'll assign a grade that takes into account the bikes age, condition and check all batteries to ensure no physical damage or defects.

For piece of mind on anything we do replace, we only use original manufacturer parts.

• Grade A bikes may be lightly used, less than 100 miles, have none or very minor cosmetic / mechanical wear and the majority of its original parts
• Grade B bikes will have less than 500 miles, may have slight cosmetic and / or mechanical wear from light use and minor replacement parts
• Grade C bikes will have less than 1000 miles, may have some cosmetic and / or mechanical wear from use and some its original parts may have been replaced

Mileage: Some of our refurbished e-bikes have new controller units fitted. On these e-bikes the Odometer will state zero mileage. The bike will be graded accurately based on the mileage taken from the old controller.

No Fuss Refund

If you change your mind and no longer want the refurbished e-bike that you have purchased, you have the right to return the e-bike to the store from which you bought it within 14 days from receipt and receive a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide your proof of purchase. If excessive wear and tear, obvious negligence or the bike has not been cleaned, you may not be entitled to a full refund and this will be at the managers discretion.
