Online exclusive items
When you order directly from a vendor, the delivery cost will vary depending on which option you choose and which vendor you’re buying from.
Different vendors offer different delivery options. Items sent directly from the vendor (online exclusives) must be ordered by 8pm on Tuesday 17th December. The delivery times for your order will be shown during checkout.
*During busy periods these times may need to be extended.
RETURNs POLICY
We are offering extended Christmas returns over the festive period.
All items purchased as a gift between 1st October and 24th December 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2025.
There are three easy ways to return your item(s):

Frequently asked questions
Unfortunately, we cannot store your bikes until Christmas. However, when you buy a built bike you can select a time slot for collection up until Christmas eve, but hurry as slots are going fast!
