How does the puncture prevention work?

A sealant is injected into the inner tubes, and it seals a 3mm in diameter hole. If you get a puncture whilst out on a ride, all you do is pump it up and it will seal automatically. So, whether you ride down a kerb, or encounter a sharp object – Slime Bike Tyre Sealant ensures that you get to your destination safely.

Slime Bike Tyre Sealant is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, so you can be rest assured that as you reduce your carbon footprint – the products in your tyres are equally as friendly to our planet. Our experts will simply fill with the required amount of Slime Bike Tube Sealant based on your tyre size.

Two-year warranty

The sealant has a two-year warranty, therefore if the product does not seal the puncture, we will replace the tube and add puncture prevention for free.

We’d always recommend adding Slime to your bike purchase and can offer this service for just £20/€24 on selected Adult Bikes, and £12/€14 on selected Kids Bikes, when you get your bike built by an expert in store.
