BikeRegister Covert Marking Kit

The BikeRegister Covert Marking Kit is the perfect way to protect your bike from thieves. With this kit you will join the UK's national, police approved, bicycle marking and registration scheme. This kit enables you to mark your bike and add your details to the BikeRegister national database. The visible warning label reduces the risk of theft by warning thieves that your bike is registered, but if the worst should happen, every police force in the UK uses the BikeRegister database to search for stolen and recovered bikes, immensely improving your chances of getting your bike back.

This kit protects your bike in two ways: by permanently and chemically etching your unique BikeRegister ID into the coating of your bike's frame. The etching is invisible unless viewed under UV light and therefore does not change the appearance of your bike, or affect the frame's integrity. This kit also marks your bike's frame and components with hundreds of microscopic dots printed with a unique BikeRegister ID. The unique microdots can be used to mark the frame, saddle, gears, wheels and many other components.
