ROTOR and CeramicSpeed joined forces creating a bottom bracket with appealing looks and ease of use. The Rotor BB1 BB is incredibly light and will match up with all high end cranks with looks and performance. Will work with all 24mm axles using external bearing systems.

  • Replaceable bearings which is ideal for those looking to shed every possible gram while at the same time acquiring an incredibly smooth bottom bracket.
  • New advanced non contact Labyrinth seals give buttery smooth spinning with unparallel protection against dust, water and mud.
  • New plastic cups offer significantly improved lateral compression and deformation resistance, facilitating crisp shifting.
  • Developed with the Cervelo racing team in 2009.

The Rotor BB1 Road BSA bottom bracket is suitable for chainsets that use a 24mm spindle, this includes Shimano Hollowtech II, all Rotor road chainsets that use a 24mm spindle including Aldhu 24 and Vegast 24, FSA Mega Exo as well as some other brands. The bottom bracket is compatible with English threaded road frames with a shell width of 68mm.

Requires a 16 notch bottom bracket tool for installation which is the same as the standard Shimano tool.
