How does wheel balancing work?

Wheel balancing ensures that the weight of the wheel and tyre is even around the axle and is achieved by placing tiny offsetting weights at specific points around the wheel.

If you are purchasing new tyres from Halfords, wheel balancing is included within the tyre price, so does not need to be purchased separately.
